FAQs
I don't believe that a logo on it's own can capture your brand's full story. Branding is so much more – it includes colours, typography, and the overall style and message of your business. Branding communicates your story and creates a connection with your ideal audience. Having a consistent style across all platforms creates trust among consumers – and a logo alone won’t do that.
Invoices are sent to you electronically at which time you can choose to pay by credit card/debit (2.9% fee added) or via e-transfer. Payment plan options are available.
Yes! Typically, all project payments are due in two parts – a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in my calendar, with a second payment due at project completion. I understand design is a big investment, so if you would like the payments broken down further, please ask!
I provide print-ready files when applicable. I am happy to work directly with the printer of your choice to supply them with the correct files for your project. If you do not have a printer you prefer to work with, I am happy to make some recommendations!
Print costs are not included in quotes unless specified otherwise.
